La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Reno

Our room was very clean and comfortable. Only reason didn't give 5 stars was that Chromecast offered on TV wasn't functional. Almost didn't stay here due to excessive 1 star ratings, but it appears to me that hotel management is addressing those low rating issues.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was very clean, appears freshly renovated and the beds were comfortable. A couple of lights didn't work. We chose this location because it offered a Continental breakfast. We learned after we checked in that it would not be what's typically expected. They provided apples, muffins, and I'm not sure if there' was coffee though I was able to get hot water for tea. Fortunately, the room was nice and convenient parking.

Great location for me as I was laying over before a flight. A lot of poor reviews on other platforms such as b.com but there must be new ownership because I had a great stay. The rooms had been recently refurbished and were nice and clean. I had no issues. The only thing to be aware of is the pool is not currently in use but I wasn't planning on using it anyway. It's great value for money and close to the airport so for me I'm happy to overlook this.

As I feel it’s not important to focus on the negative I believe it should be said that the water was hot, the bed was comfortable, and the continental breakfast was adequate. The price of this establishment was not meant to be luxurious. I knew that before booking. However it would be nice if they updated the pillows on the bed. And maybe added a hot meat like sausage, bacon, or ham to their breakfast selection. The location was relatively peaceful for being so close to the highway.

First room had a dirty bed sheet, but the staff was very kind and quickly changed my room and took care of my needs. Afsana is a sweet host whose smile and comportment made it a joyful experience

Front Desk Employee Saved the Day! I was exhausted after coming in from a long camping trip in the desert. I tried to check in and the front desk guy informed me that Priceline had not paid them for my stay (even though I had already paid Priceline). It took 1.5 hours on the phone with them and it still wasn’t resolved. On the suggestion of the employee, we just cancelled with Priceline and I booked with him on the spot. He even gave a rate $20 cheaper. I was extremely grateful! Oh, and the rooms are refurbished and really nice with refrigerators and microwaves.

The remodeled room was very nice. Different cultures have different standards on cleanliness. I think we all know that. The bed spread was a little dirty but overall it was a nice place to stay.

We picked this hotel because pet friendly. They are renovating which is needed. Lobby was clean but once we started to our room the place is unkept. Trash everywhere and though the pool is covered there was litter all around. Room was outdated but sufficient. Glad I brought my own comforter because the top coverlet was just a sheet. Breakfast offered was waffle maker yogurt and cereal. Front desk clerk didn’t want to be there.
